WHAT IF I CANT KEEP UP WITH OTHERS?
This is extremely important! Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. We here at fit forward go by your R.P.E. short for your Rate of Perceived Exertion. We as trainers know what we want your body to do, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that your capable of it…. yet. You, are your own best judge, we want you to work hard but not beyond your limitations. What we ask you to do is push yourself to your limits. If you need to take a break thats ok, but as soon as your good to go again then you jump right back in. Weather you have five or fifty pounds to lose, you’ll find that Fit Forward is just the program for you! Women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend and achieve incredible results.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?
Fitness sessions run 6 days a week and are scheduled at various times. You can attend one class per day. You can find an up to date schedule of session times Click Here. At the very least you should attend at least three days a week. If three days isn’t possible, do to schedule conflicts we have “Workouts on the go” you can perform outside the gym. Note that these are just recommendations and you can still attend up to 6 classes per week. Remember that it’s not the one workout that changes your body, but the accumulation of them that really makes the difference. We all want to get in shape as quickly as possible but remember that working out is just the catalyst and in order to take full advantage of that catalyst you have to rest so your body can adapt to the changes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A comfortable workout clothes and shoes. All the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need will be provided. Just bring positive thinking and a willingness to work towards your fitness goals!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO SEE AS FAR AS RESULTS?
You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30-45 days. The program includes exercises designed to tone and firm your entire body, reduce body fat and increase confidence.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER TRAINING PROGRAM?
First I would say “come try us out and you’ll know and feel the difference.” Fit Forward is a fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. can i pay per session?

Yes. You can pay per workout! Every session must be scheduled and paid for online before participating.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

IS SORENESS NORMAL?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days up to a few weeks. After that point, it is little to moderate. Soreness doesn’t always mean something is wrong. It lets you know that you are improving! After the first two weeks your body is going to adjust and you will no longer become that sore.

WHATS A SESSION LIKE?
In a couple words…Motivating, Inspiring and FUN! However, since each fitness session is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time it’s difficult to describe a “typical day” at Fit Forward. You can expect some cardio, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training to name a few of the many ways we make fitness work.

WHAT ARE THE PEOPLE LIKE AT FIT FORWARD?
People exactly like you! It doesn’t matter if you have just a few pounds to lose or 50-100 pounds to lose, you will achieve fitness and weight loss success!
